Job summary

Koshish Sustainable Solutions is seeking a Solar Site Engineer for installation, commissioning, O&M and net metering installations. The role covers rooftop projects for residential, commercial, and industrial sites with PAN India scope.

2+ years of relevant experience is preferred and ownership of a vehicle is advantageous. The candidate should be adept at site surveys, system verification, fault diagnosis, and timely reporting while ensuring safety protocols during electrical installations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical, renewable energy, or related field.
• Two vehicle ownership is preferred as per notes.

Responsibilities

• Survey the site to ensure suitability, considering sunlight, shading, roof type and grid connectivity.
• Verify that the PV system operates properly.
• O&M - diagnose faults and repair them.
• Monitor project progress to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Experience with 100 kW PV projects is suitable.
• Prepare and share daily progress reports.
• Installation & commissioning across residential, RWA, industrial, commercial or institutional PAN India.

Position: Solar Site Engineer - Installation and O&M

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar PV installation, commissioning, O&M and Net Metering Installation Engineer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves the installation commissioning and maintenance of residential, commercial, or industrial rooftops systems as well as configuring net metering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Survey the location where the PV system will be installed to ensure the site is suitable for the installation, taking into consideration factors like sunlight exposure, shading, roof type, structural integrity and grid connectivity.
• Verify that the installed PV system working properly.
• O& M - Dragonize the fault and able to repair it.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Experience to completion of 100 kW PV Capacity project is suitable.
• Daily work progress report to be share.
• Installation & commissioning works shall be Residential, RWA, Industrial, commercial or Institutional on PAN India basis.

Safety and Compliance:

• Knowledge about safety protocols and regulations while working at heights, in electrical installations, and on construction sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/diploma or equivalent and associate degree in electrical, renewable energy, or related fields preferred.
