Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a seasoned Solar EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of utility-scale solar projects across India. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with BOQ/tender processes, IEC/IS standards, and MNRE guidelines, with strong stakeholder and vendor management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end Solar EPC project delivery across multi-state environments.
• Hands-on expertise in site supervision and coordinating EPC activities from survey to handover.
• Strong ability to prepare BOQ and tender documentation with accuracy.
• Knowledge of IEC/IS standards and MNRE guidelines for grid-connected projects.
• Risk and safety management experience with relevant standards (OHSAS/ISO).
• Effective communication with developers, contractors, and inspectors; strong vendor coordination.

About the Opportunity

A fast-scaling renewable energy consultancy operating across India’s solar EPC landscape, we partner with developers, IPPs, and government agencies to deliver utility-scale solar projects—from feasibility and design to commissioning and handover. We bridge technical execution with financial and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and grid-integration standards across diverse terrains and state policies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site survey and BOQ finalization to testing, commissioning, and client handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance (IEC, IS, MNRE), and budget adherence.
• Manage stakeholder communication—developers, contractors, discoms, and third-party inspectors—to resolve site issues and align on milestones.
• Own project documentation: daily logs, progress reports, risk registers, safety audits, and client dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory norms (OHSAS, ISO 14001, local permits) across all project phases.
• Support project financial tracking—invoice validation, milestone billing, CAPEX control—and post-completion performance reporting.
