Job summary

Mindtel is seeking a results-driven project leader to manage end-to-end solar EPC deployments in India. You will drive site mobilization, coordinate civil and electrical teams, and ensure schedules, budgets and quality meet expectations.

You will interface with DISCOMs and authorities, manage vendors, monitor KPIs, and report progress to senior stakeholders while championing safety and a disciplined execution culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar PV EPC project execution end-to-end.
• Strong site management and scheduling skills.
• Experience interfacing with DISCOMs and authorities.
• Vendor management and procurement oversight.
• Proficiency with MS Project and AutoCAD Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site mobilization to grid synchronization—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and on-site delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals, compliance, and commissioning support.
• Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health.
