Job summary

MG in New Delhi, India, is seeking a Solar Project Manager (EPC/ MEGA WATT) to lead end-to-end solar EPC projects across India—from site mobilization to grid synchronization. You will coordinate civil, electrical, and structural teams, manage vendors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety standards.

The role requires strong experience in solar PV EPC, project execution, site management, and regulatory interfaces with DISCOMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site mobilization to grid synchronization—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and on-site delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals, compliance, and commissioning support.
• Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health.
