Job summary

Mindtel in Delhi seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end solar EPC project execution, coordinating civil, electrical, and structural teams, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

You will interface with DISCOMs and authorities, manage vendors, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions, with a dynamic execution-first culture and opportunities across pan-India EPC portfolios.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end solar EPC project execution.
• Strong site management and scheduling capability.
• Experience interfacing with DISCOMs and authorities.
• Proficiency in critical path planning and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects from mobilization to grid synchronization.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for timely procurement and delivery.
• Conduct site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to leadership.
• Interface with DISCOMs and authorities for approvals and commissioning support.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions to keep projects healthy.

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Renewable Energy & Solar EPC sector, we deliver end-to-end utility-scale and commercial solar projects across India—from site feasibility and design to commissioning and performance assurance. Our team works with top-tier developers, financiers, and government entities to execute complex solar infrastructure with precision, on time and on budget.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site mobilization to grid synchronization—ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure seamless site progress.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring supply chain compliance, timely material procurement, and on-site delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site audits, safety reviews, and progress reporting to senior management and project stakeholders.
• Interface with DISCOMs, statutory agencies, and local authorities for approvals, compliance, and commissioning support.
• Track project KPIs (cost variance, schedule slippage, safety incidents) and drive corrective actions to maintain project health.
