Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is a fast-scaling renewable energy consultancy operating across India's solar EPC landscape. We seek a hands-on Project Manager to lead end-to-end solar projects in Delhi and across states.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction, ensure IEC/IS compliance, manage risk and safety, and maintain documentation and client dashboards. This role offers exposure to multi-state regulatory frameworks and CAPEX control on utility-scale deployments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects from site survey to client handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Manage stakeholder communication with developers, contractors, discoms and inspectors.
• Own project documentation: daily logs, progress reports, risk registers and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental and statutory norms across all phases.
• Support project financial tracking: milestone billing and CAPEX control.

About the Opportunity

A fast-scaling renewable energy consultancy operating across India's solar EPC landscape, we partner with developers, IPPs, and government agencies to deliver utility-scale solar projects - from feasibility and design to commissioning and handover. We bridge technical execution with financial and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and grid-integration standards across diverse terrains and state policies.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects - from site survey and BOQ finalization to testing, commissioning, and client handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance (IEC, IS, MNRE), and budget adherence.
• Manage stakeholder communication - developers, contractors, discoms, and third-party inspectors - to resolve site issues and align on milestones.
• Own project documentation: daily logs, progress reports, risk registers, safety audits, and client dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory norms (OHSAS, ISO 14001, local permits) across all project phases.
• Support project financial tracking - invoice validation, milestone billing, CAPEX control - and post-completion performance reporting.
