At PSYC Aerospace & Defence Industries, we are engineering the next generation of autonomous aerial and robotic systems across defence and advanced mobility domains. Our work spans UAVs, UGVs, and intelligent robotic platforms designed for high-performance, mission-critical applications. We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (ML Infrastructure & Tooling) to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms that support machine learning, data pipelines, and internal engineering tools. This role requires strong software fundamentals, system design capability, and the ability to work across backend, frontend, and ML infrastructure layers.

About the Role

As a member of the software and ML infrastructure team, you will:

• Build and maintain platforms for data processing, model training, and deployment workflows
• Develop internal tools and dashboards to support engineering and ML teams
• Work closely with software, embedded, and autonomy teams to enable scalable ML-driven systems

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards for internal tools
• Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack

ML Infrastructure & Tooling

• Develop and manage data pipelines for training and evaluation
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Build tools for experiment tracking, data visualization, and workflow automation

Systems & Performance

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure efficient handling of large datasets and real-time data streams
• Improve system robustness and fault tolerance

Integration & Collaboration

• Work closely with ML engineers, software developers, and systems teams
• Integrate ML models with production systems and user interfaces
• Support rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles

Testing & Deployment

• Implement testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure reliable deployment and version control of services
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
