Hans Consulting in Jaipur seeks an experienced Meta Ads and performance marketing specialist to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for an e-commerce client portfolio.

You will manage the full funnel, integrate with Shopify, monitor ROAS and CAC, run A/B tests, and collaborate with creative teams to improve conversions and revenue. 5+ years of hands-on experience required; strong analytics and problem-solving skills essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager / Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience in e-commerce advertising and customer acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Shopify-based e-commerce operations.
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, tracking, and attribution.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with campaign scaling and budget optimization.
• Good understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to interpret performance data and make informed marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage the complete paid advertising funnel, including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
• Develop strategies to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target acquisition costs.
• Conduct audience research, campaign segmentation, A/B testing, and creative testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improving conversions and revenue.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and formats.
• Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, landing pages, and basic conversion optimization.
• Monitor Shopify analytics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improving sales and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams on promotions, offers, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads, Shopify, e-commerce, and performance marketing trends.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights to stakeholders.
