Jobitus in Delhi, India, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing professional to plan and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The role requires keyword research, audience segmentation, and ongoing campaign optimization to maximize traffic, leads, and sales.

You will implement conversion tracking via GTM and GA4, run A/B tests on creatives and landing pages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-performing ads. Experience with Shopify is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Experience in e-commerce advertising on Shopify; Google Ads Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, create and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube)
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop highperforming ad creatives.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

• Experience in e‑commerce advertising (Shopify preferred). Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with Shopify, Merchant Center, and Google Search Console.
