Qualifications

We are looking for an agile and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth for our smart home brand. The ideal candidate should be a builder, executor, and experimenter who can manage performance marketing, social media growth, and digital presence end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram & Content Growth Plan and execute Instagram strategy (Reels, carousels, trends, UGC)
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and conversions
• Collaborate with creators and influencers
• Work on product storytelling and content shoots
• Performance Marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
• Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Optimize campaigns for ROI (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS)
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Execute retargeting and full-funnel strategies
• Google Presence & SEO Improve SEO rankings for key product and category keywords
• Manage Google Merchant Center & product listings
• Optimize overall Google presence and discoverability
• AI-Driven Marketing Use AI tools (ChatGPT, ad creative tools, automation tools)
• Automate workflows for content, ads, and insights
• Continuously test and adopt new AI tools to improve efficiency
• Growth & Experimentation Run rapid experiments across channels
• Identify new acquisition opportunities
• Analyze performance data and take action quickly

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce)
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
