Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, result-driven Social Media Marketer to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
• Develop content calendars and campaign strategies
• Monitor trends and implement creative ideas
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Engage with audience (comments, DMs, community building)
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing team
• Optimize content using SEO strategies (keywords, hashtags, captions, discoverability)
• Improve reach through organic growth techniques

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
• Understanding of Google page ranking, keyword strategies & AI-based ranking trends
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Ads, or similar
• Creative thinking and content planning skills
• Good communication skills (English preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in running paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Insights, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills
• Understanding of trending formats (Reels, Shorts, viral content)
