Soma Sutra Jodhpur is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing leader to drive growth across social channels, content campaigns, and customer engagement. You will coordinate with designers, influencers, and CRM tools to amplify sales and brand presence in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on digital marketing, analytics, and growth experiments, with direct exposure to CEO-level strategy and cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, and digital operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/IT preferred).
• 15 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, growth, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-driven, organized, and execution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
• Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and content creators.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for audience growth.
• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, website, and email.
• Support lead generation and conversion activities.
• Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare weekly reports.
• Track campaign effectiveness, website traffic, leads, and sales conversions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
• Suggest and implement growth experiments.
