About the Role

Digital Factory is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our clients’ online presence. If you excel at crafting engaging content, building communities, and driving brand growth across platforms, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter)
• Create engaging, platform-specific content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
• Manage paid campaigns, ad performance, and optimize for ROI
• Respond to comments, messages, and build meaningful community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools for content creation
• Ability to run and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Insights, or Sprout Social
