Job summary

Natobotics is seeking an experienced individual in Hyderabad to manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow systems. The candidate will focus on MID Server troubleshooting, discovery issues, and service mapping configurations.

Familiarity with REST and SOAP integration methods is crucial, along with the ability to resolve AIOps issues. Hybrid work mode is offered with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM.

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of ServiceNow platform knowledge.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and Jelly scripting.
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot MID Servers.
• Analyze discovery issues including cancelled/failed schedules.
• Perform server-level troubleshooting & integration fixes.
• Ensure knowledge of CMDB & SAM.
• Create and extend discovery patterns.
• Configure & troubleshoot service mapping.
• Resolve issues with AIOps fundamentals.
• Set up & troubleshoot event management.
