Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an ITOM specialist to design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration.

You will configure MID Servers, patterns, and probes, build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, and customize components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. 5–12 years of experience expected.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of hands-on ITOM/ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong integration skills via REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Configure MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors.
• Build integrations with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Customize components with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation and data quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ITOM performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions.
