Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize ITOM modules (Event Management, ACC, HLA, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Configure event processing rules, transforms, automation, dashboards, and integrations.
• Lead enterprise adoption of Event Management and support AIOps initiatives.
• Design observability, alert correlation, noise reduction, analytics, and automation.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and REST integrations within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and provide implementation guidance.
• Support platform services, testing, QA, and ongoing enhancements.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in AIOps and enterprise monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Event Management, ACC, HLA, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. This role requires excellent technical expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules including Event Management, ACC, HLA, CSDM/CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Configure event processing rules, event transforms, event automation, dashboards, and integrations.
• Lead enterprise adoption of ServiceNow Event Management (MOM) and support AIOps initiatives.
• Design and implement observability, alert correlation, noise reduction, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing implementation guidance.
• Support platform services, integrations, testing, quality assurance, and ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure/tools operations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and customization.

• Knowledge of AIOps, observability, machine learning, analytics, and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure Operations.
• Experience creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).

Mandatory Certification:

• ServiceNow ITOM Certification.
