Job Description:

Must-Have:

• Strong understanding of ITOM Module - Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, CSDM, Service Graph Connectors and Service Mapping.
• CMDB experience is a must.
• Experience in ServiceNow - IT Operations Management, IT Service Management and Development.

Good-to-Have:

• Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management to automate and streamline IT operations processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems specifically related to ITOM like Dynatrace, SCCM, Interlink BES.
