Job summary

Imperial Group in Jaipur is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day township construction activities. You will monitor execution as per drawings and schedules, coordinate labour, contractors and subcontractors, and ensure safe, quality work at the site.

The role requires strong practical civil knowledge, ability to read drawings, manage manpower and ensure timely milestone completion. Relocation to Jaipur is preferred for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
• Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience in residential, township or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Good experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings and site layouts.
• Knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality standards.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the township project site.

• Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at site.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and project team for smooth operations.
