Gaj Group (Real Estate ) in Vadodara, Gujarat, is seeking a Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage day-to-day construction activities across residential and commercial projects. You will ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and safety standards while coordinating with engineers and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience in real estate projects, with strong site execution and reporting skills, and the ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in Civil construction projects and site execution is essential.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, safety, and labour management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC, Masonry, Finishing and Infrastructure work.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and ensure timely completion.
• Enforce site safety (PPE) and housekeeping standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to manage day-to-day construction activities at our residential and commercial project sites. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, labour management, contractor coordination, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will ensure that work is completed on time, within quality standards, and according to approved drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor RCC, Masonry, Finishing and Infrastructure work.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Maintain daily site progress reports.
• Ensure project quality as per company standards.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers and Vendors.
• Check material quality and monitor site inventory.
• Verify contractor measurements and work completion.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Enforce all site safety (PPE) and housekeeping standards.
• Resolve site execution issues immediately.
• Coordinate inspections and handover activities.
• Maintain measurement books (MB) and site records.

Qualification
