Job summary

Royal Indraprastha Builders is seeking a Senior Site Engineer to lead on-site execution of premium residential projects in South Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end site management, contractor coordination, quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The candidate should have 4–9 years of hands-on experience in site execution, with strong exposure to RCC and premium construction standards, and be willing to travel between project locations on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering.
• 4–9 years' experience in site execution of residential projects.
• Strong RCC, finishing works and premium construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities across project sites.
• Interpret drawings, specs and BOQs and execute accordingly.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Plan site activities to meet project schedules.
• Monitor QA/QC and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and support billing measurements.
• Be the primary on-site contact for internal stakeholders.

Royal Indraprastha is seeking an experienced and result-drivenSenior Site Engineerto lead on-site execution of premium residential real estate projects in South Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end site management, contractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities across assigned project sites
• Interpret and execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
• Coordinate and control contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Plan site activities to meet project schedules and milestone targets
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards
• Track material requirements, consumption, and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations, and site protocols
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues proactively
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Support billing measurements, certifications, and coordination with finance
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for internal stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification:Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience:4-9 years of hands-on experience in site execution of residential / real estate projects(. 4 years – Junior) (9 years – AM)
• Strong exposure to RCC, finishing works, and premium construction standards
• Proven experience in managing multiple contractors and large site teams
• Sound understanding of drawings, BOQs, construction methodology, and execution planning
• Ability to independently handle site operations with minimal supervision
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to be stationed on-site and travel between project locations

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on premium / luxury residential or villa projects
• Good knowledge of local construction practices and vendors in Bangalore
• Familiarity with safety audits and quality control processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracking
• Exposure to project scheduling and coordination tools (added advantage)
