Job summary

Guru Ramdas Constructions is seeking a site supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Maharashtra. The role requires coordinating with engineers, contractors, operators, drivers and workers to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications and site requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in site supervision and manpower management.
• Good knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
• Ability to coordinate with workers, operators and subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of daily progress reporting and site documentation.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Good communication and team management skills.
