Job summary

POST A RESUME HR Consultancy is seeking a senior site civil engineer with 10+ years of experience in villa and plotted development to lead end-to-end site execution. You will coordinate with consultants, manage contractors, and supervise site teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with EHS and quality standards.

The candidate should hold B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years in real estate/residential construction, villa/plotted development.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluent English, Hindi & Gujarati; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site execution of villa and plotted development projects.
• Supervise civil, RCC, finishing, infrastructure, road, drainage and external works.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors.
• Monitor progress, material consumption, manpower, quality and cost.
• Verify contractor measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.
• Ensure proper EHS practices and quality control at site.
• Review and coordinate drawings across architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP and others.
• Maintain drawing MIS from schematic to tender drawings and VFC.
• Prepare vendor quotation comparisons and support contract finalization.
• Coordinate pre-execution activities and readiness for project execution.
• Ensure timely issuance of drawings per project schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site planning, construction execution and coordination.
• Monitor materials, stores, manpower and labour and maintain MIS.
• Track progress against schedule and ensure timely completion.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end site execution of villa and plotted development projects.
• Supervise civil, RCC, finishing, infrastructure, road, drainage and external development works.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption, manpower, quality and cost.
• Verify contractor measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.

• Review and coordinate all architectural, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP and
• other project drawings with consultants and management.
• Maintain drawing MIS from schematic/design development through tender drawings and VFC.
• Prepare vendor quotation comparisons and support contract finalization.
• Coordinate pre-execution site activities and ensure readiness for project execution.
• Coordinate between external consultants and site execution teams for drawings, VFC requirements and resolution of site issues.
• Ensure timely issuance of architectural, structural and MEP/VFC drawings as per project schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site planning, construction execution and coordination, including resolution of site-related issues.
• Monitor construction materials, stores, manpower and labour on a daily basis and maintain related MIS.
• Track project progress against the overall project schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Submit daily/periodic project progress and execution MIS to Management.

Skills:

• Good leadership, coordination, problem-solving and communication skills
• Should be well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must have excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent fluency over spoken and written English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Exposure to Project Management Software

• Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license.

Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering .

Work Experience:More than 10 years in relevant experience in real estate/residential construction out of whichminimum 5-7 years’ experience in Villa & Plotted Development Projects

Salary Negotiable based on experience and current salary.
