Job summary

WABAG in Chennai seeks a seasoned Project Planner to develop, review and implement detailed project schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams, and to coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

You will lead a team of planners, conduct regular site visits, monitor progress against timelines, and communicate milestones through MIS, DPRs and progress presentations for all reviews, while addressing client concerns

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to drive project execution.
• Proven ability to lead a planning team and manage site activities.
• Experience preparing project reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preparation of micro schedules / Catch up plan/ Mitigation plan for the Project and monitoring them periodically as required by the Project Manager.
• Daily site walk and preparation of DPR
• Preparation of WPR, MPR & progress presentations for all review meetings
• Coordination with sub-contractors
• Conducting review meetings with all concerned Stakeholders,
• Timely release of Minutes of all Meetings
• Candidate with 5-15 years relevant years of experience.
