Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using MS Project with WBS and CPM.
• Prepare daily/weekly look-ahead and catch-up schedules.
• Prepare materials tracking sheet / materials delivery plan.
• Prepare rate analysis for non-tender items.
• Prepare quantity variation statements.
• Track project timelines, flag delays, and escalate issues.
• Liaise with site managers and engineers to align on project.
• Prepare inputs for Weekly Reviews, Management Reviews and client updates.
• Ensure effective communication between site and central teams.

Planning Engineer:

• 1. Project Planning & Scheduling Develop detailed, resource-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project, incorporating work breakdown structures (WBS) and critical path methods
• (CPM).
• 2. Prepare daily/weekly look-ahead and catch-up schedules
• 3. Prepare Materials tracking sheet / Materials delivery plan
• 4. Prepare rate analysis for Non tender items
• 5. Prepare Qty Varriation statement
• 6. Track project timelines, flag delays, and escalate critical issues promptly.
• 7. Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including site managers, engineers to ensure alignment on project
• 8. Prepare inputs for Weekly Reviews, Management Reviews and Client updates.
• 9. Ensure effective communication between site and central teams to support timely decisions.

Required Qualifications & skills:

• 1. Proven working experience of 5-10 years
• 2. Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to analyse, track and present project data effectively.
• 3. Prior hands‑on experience with Microsoft Project (MSP), SAP or other project scheduling/planning software.
