Qualifications

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Develop baselines, WBS, and detailed execution plans.
• Monitor progress and report deviations between planned and actual.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other departments.
• Identify delays, risks, and critical activities.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to meet deadlines.
• Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and resource requirements.
• Prepare project MIS reports, dashboards, and progress presentations.
• Track key milestones and ensure timely completion.
• Review drawings and coordinate work sequences with the site team.
• Prepare S-curves, cash flow projections, and resource histograms.
• Analyze delays and assist in delay reports and claims.

• 3.Monitor project progress and compare planned vs. actual progress.
• 4.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• 5.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other departments.
• 6.Identify project delays, risks, and critical activities.
