Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India in Bengaluru is seeking a Lead Commissioning (Site Incharge) with 5–8 years of experience to spearhead end-to-end commissioning for power control and automation across multiple sites. You will showcase strong PLC, PPC, and SCADA expertise and lead commissioning teams.

The role includes FAT/SAT planning, IO loop and functional testing, PLC/SCADA configuration, and coordinating with clients to ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
• 5–8 years of experience in commissioning and power control projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA platforms and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for PLC, PPC, and SCADA across project sites.
• Plan and execute FAT, SAT, IO loop testing and functional testing.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and validate PLC and SCADA systems and industrial communications.
• Supervise wiring, electrical connectivity, IP configuration, and site-level activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate commissioning engineers for timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure quality and safety.
• Review technical documentation, test reports, and project deliverables.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Commissioning to lead end-to-end commissioning activities for power control and automation projects across multiple sites. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in PLC, PPC, and SCADA systems, along with proven experience in leading commissioning teams and managing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for PLC, PPC, and SCADA automation systems across project sites.
• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), IO loop testing, and functional testing.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and validate PLC and SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Supervise panel wiring, electrical connectivity, IP configuration, and site-level technical activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate commissioning engineers to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Review technical documentation, test reports, commissioning procedures, and project deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or GE.
• Expertise in PPC and SCADA systems, electrical systems, and automation.
• Knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 101/104, Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, and IEC 61131-3 standards.
• Experience in FAT/SAT, IO loop testing, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in leading commissioning teams and handling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and client-management skills
