We are looking for an experienced Showroom Sales Manager to lead automobile showroom sales, manage the sales team, drive customer conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations .
• Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Generate and convert walk-in, online and referral leads .
• Manage customer enquiries, product presentations and test drives .
• Drive vehicle bookings, sales closures and revenue targets .
• Monitor individual and team-wise sales performance and KPIs .
• Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction .
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service and Delivery teams.
• Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals.
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and CRM/DMS records .
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and MIS .
• Develop local marketing, referral and corporate sales opportunities.

Requirements
