Aadhithya Motors in Tamil Nadu Coimbatore district invites an experienced dealership sales leader to join our team. You will drive showroom sales, lead a sales force, and coordinate with delivery to ensure timely vehicle handovers.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in automobile sales, proven record in two-wheeler and four-wheeler sales, and strong English and Tamil communication. We offer a competitive salary and incentives package.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in automobile dealership sales.
• Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership sales.
• Strong communication in English and Tamil.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales operations and achieve sales targets.
• Drive showroom sales and customer conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall targets.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
• Handle post-booking customer requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Maintain proper sales documentation and ensure accurate reporting.
• Coach and guide the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
