Job summary

Seoul Dak in Mumbai is seeking a proactive shift supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure quick, friendly service while maintaining hygiene standards.

You will coordinate kitchen and delivery flow, schedule shifts, train staff, handle customer concerns, manage inventory, and prepare daily reports for management. Prior experience in QSR or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education – 12th pass.
• 1–3 years experience in QSR, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
