Job Purpose

The shift Manager (AM/ASM) would be responsible for handling the shift. The majority of the time is spent in meeting guest expectations, running smooth operations, motivating the restaurant staff and ensuring product quality.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead operational excellence and guest experience by role modeling expected behavior and coaching team on hospitality standards.
• Execute processes ensuring the restaurant meets safety and sanitation, inside and outside cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest concerns utilizing LEADS with sense of urgency; respond to feedback with action plans.
• Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve speed goals.
• Empower the team to satisfy guest needs and resolve concerns.
• Remove barriers to delivering hospitality behaviours.
• Communicate guest feedback and involve team in action plans.

Build Team Talent

• Handle employee concerns promptly.
• Treat all team members fairly and with respect.
• Ensure no team member is placed in position until training is complete.
• Provide regular communication of goals and results.
• Source, train, retain, and develop team members to improve guest experience.
• Schedule, cross-train, and deploy team for service.
• Develop career growth plans for talented members.

Drive Sales Growth

• Own local store marketing integration into community.
• Track results and involve team by communicating goals.
• Ensure restaurant well-maintained, cleanliness.
