Chaayos in Lucknow, UP invites applications for a cafe shift supervisor role. You will oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts, manage a team, and handle cafe inventory and cash processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Hindi and English, is flexible for shifts and transfers, and has prior experience in QSR/F&B environments with a track record of independent shift handling.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Hindi and English and able to communicate clearly.
• Experience in managing a small team (5-6 members).
• Ability to manage cafe inventory and cash handling.
• Proven ability to handle shifts independently in a QSR/F&B setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening, mid, and closing shifts of the cafe.
• Lead and train a team of 5-6 members.
• Manage cafe inventory and cash handling per company policies.
• Interact with customers and handle orders to ensure a positive experience.

Summary of Key Responsibilities -

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Shift Handling

• Taking care of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Managing opening and closing of the cafe.

2. Team Handling

• Handling a team of 5-6 members.
• Training the team members.

3. Cafe Management

• Handling the inventory of the cafe.
• Cash handling.
• Maintaining the checklist of the cafe as per company guidelines.
• Customer interaction and order taking.

1. Communication Skills
