Theobroma Foods is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations of the outlet during shifts, ensure customer service, product availability and compliance with SOPs.

You will lead a small team, manage POS and cash handling, coordinate with the Outlet Manager, and drive sales through upselling while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

This role requires hospitality/retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in retail, QSR, caf, bakery, restaurant or hospitality operations.
• 24 years of experience in retail, QSR, caf, bakery, restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and FSSAI requirements.
• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-oriented, customer-focused and comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Shift Operations: Ensure smooth shift operations, store readiness, timely opening/closing and proper product display.
• Customer Service: Ensure courteous guest service and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Sales & Targets: Support achievement of sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and effective product promotion.
• POS & Cash Handling: Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, shift-end cash reconciliation and reporting of discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, product availability, receiving, storage and replenishment; minimize wastage and damage.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain outlet cleanliness, personal grooming and compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Team Management: Allocate duties, monitor attendance and discipline, guide team members and ensure adequate manpower during the shift.
• Product Quality: Ensure product freshness, quality, presentation and proper handling; coordinate with the Central Kitchen for replenishment.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain shift checklists, operational records and handover reports, and support audits and corrective actions.
• Coordination: Support the Outlet Manager in daily operations, employee training and achieving business objectives.
