1. Shift Handling

• a. Taking care of opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• b. Managing opening and closing of the cafe.

2. Team Handling

• a. Handling a team of 5-6 members.
• b. Training the team members.

3. Cafe Management

• a. Handling the inventory of the cafe.
• b. Cash handling.
• c. Maintaining the checklist of the cafe as per company guidelines.
• d. Customer interaction and order taking.
