Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mohali seeks an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily shift activities, supervise service staff and coordinate kitchen-front-of-house operations.

You will ensure excellent service, manage stock and billing, and drive efficiency while complying with SOPs and quality standards. Prior experience in casual dining or QSR is preferred; salary is 25k–27k INR plus service charge.

Qualifications

• 24+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Experience supervising a team and managing shifts independently.
• Good communication, customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management and SOPs.
• Experience in casual dining / QSR preferred.

Candidate Requirements

• 24 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in casual dining, QSR or a branded restaurant.
• Experience supervising a team and managing restaurant shifts independently.
• Good communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of POS billing, inventory management and restaurant SOPs.
• Candidates from pizzerias, cafs, casual dining restaurants and established QSR chains are welcome.
• Bar or liquor-handling experience is not mandatory.

Compensation

Budget: 25,000–27, 000 per month + SERVICE CHARGE, depending on experience and suitability.
