Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow testing specialist to join the team in Hyderabad. The role emphasizes manual and ATF testing for ITSM, HRSD, and custom App Engine projects.

You will design test strategies, create automation scripts, and drive quality through end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of ServiceNow testing experience, familiarity with UI Builder, REST APIs, and Glide scripting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ServiceNow testing experience (Manual and ATF).
• Experience with Custom apps (App Engine), ITSM, HRSD, UI Builder, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for ServiceNow apps.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated tests with ServiceNow ATF.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; track and report defects.
• Analyze test results and substantiate application quality.

Role & responsibilities

ServiceNow testing (Manual and ATF) experience of 2 or more years in this area.

Test strategy and planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI builder, GRC, and custom-built application integrations.

Test automation: Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Execution and analysis: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results, track and report defects, and substantiate the quality of the application.

Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.

Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Consulting skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively.
