Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow Testing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to lead testing activities for ServiceNow apps, including Custom apps, UI Builder, and GRC. You will design test strategies, build automated ATF scripts, and drive execution across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

• 2+ years of ServiceNow testing experience in this area.
• Strong experience with ATF and automated test scripts.
• Experience testing Custom apps, UI Builder, GRC, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications including Custom apps, UI Builder, GRC, and integrations.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated tests focusing on the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Test strategy and planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI builder, GRC, and custom-built application integrations.

Test automation: Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Execution and analysis: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results, track and report defects, and substantiate the quality of the application.

Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.

Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Consulting skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively.
