Job summary

Infotech Consulting Global is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer Testing with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and testing activities. The role involves designing and executing test cases, supporting UAT, and performing SIT, regression, and functional testing to ensure high‑quality ServiceNow implementations.

The ideal candidate will design test scenarios, develop ATF automation, and coordinate with business users and QA teams across a PAN-India footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong ServiceNow development and testing hands-on.
• Mandatory: experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Experience with manual test case design and execution.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Experience SIT, regression, functional, and UAT testing.
• Experience testing ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge.
• Knowledge of RBAC, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
• Perform SIT, functional, regression, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and execute automated test cases using ATF.
• Prepare test data, scripts, execution reports, and defect documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects to resolution.
• Support UAT activities and coordinate with business users.
• Validate configurations, workflows, integrations, catalog items, and custom apps.
• Perform regression testing during upgrades and releases.
• Collaborate with developers, consultants, stakeholders, and QA teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, defect triage, and release validation.
• Support deployment validation across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer Testing with strong experience in ServiceNow development and testing activities. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, supporting UAT, and performing SIT, regression, and functional testing to ensure high-quality ServiceNow implementations and releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform SIT, functional, regression, and UAT testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Develop and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Prepare test data, test scripts, execution reports, and defect documentation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track defects through resolution.
• Support UAT activities, coordinate with business users, and assist with issue resolution.
• Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, catalog items, and custom applications.
• Perform regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
• Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development and testing.
• Mandatory we need someone who has experience with WSD (Workplace Service Delivery)
• Experience with manual test case design and execution.
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ATF.
• Strong experience in SIT, regression, functional, and UAT testing.
• Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
• Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows, ACLs, and ServiceNow configurations.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP integrations and workflows is preferred.
• Good defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root‑cause identification skills.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS-ITSM certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and release testing.
• Experience creating reusable ATF test suites.
• Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD processes.
