Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow QA Tester with 2+ years of hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications, including Custom apps, UI Builder, and GRC modules. The role focuses on test strategy, automation with ATF, and ensuring quality across integrations, under an Agile framework.

The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs) and excellent client-facing communication to consult with stakeholders and drive quality throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy and planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI Builder, GRC, and custom-built application integrations.
• Test automation: Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, focusing on the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Execution and analysis: Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing; track, report defects, and substantiate quality.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs relevant to ServiceNow.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Consulting skills: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs.

Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Consulting skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively.
