Job summary

ServiceIO Consultancy Services in Kolkata invites a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead HRSD implementations and ongoing support. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of hands-on experience with ITSM, integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.

You will work across modules such as Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, and CMDB, with REST/SOAP web services, Discovery, and Orchestration. Strong JavaScript skills and CSA certification are required; CIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and HRSD
• Experience in ITSM development and integrations using ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations and support
• Strong JavaScript programming skills and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience across ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB
• Experience with web services and technologies: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Extending the ServiceNow schema to custom apps; Discovery and Orchestration
• Scripting: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix/Windows shell
• Excellent communication and customer engagement
• CSA certification required; CIS certification is a plus

Need a ServiceNow Sr. Developer with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle

Candidate Should Have Experience About 5 To 8 Years

• Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM and Integrations using ServiceNow.
• Having an experience in ServiceNow implementations and support.
• Experience in ServiceNow including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. Must have good programming skills (JavaScript a must)
• Extensive development experience knowledge on all ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.
• Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
• Very Good Experience working with relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills & customer engagement
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience working & configuring Virtual Agent & Performance Analytics
• CSA certification is must
• CIS certifications is an added advantage.
