• Experience in end-to-end green field implementations on ServiceNow
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and web technologies
• Experience with integrations using web services and data imports
• Experience with LDAP integrations and reporting on ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow ITBM solutions
• Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB
• Perform integrations using REST/SOAP and related web technologies
• Extend ServiceNow schema for custom applications and leverage Discovery/Orchestration
• Create and optimize reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality

Need a ServiceNow Sr. Developer with extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow ITBM solutions over end to end green field implementation lifecycle

Candidate Should Have Experience About 5 To 8 Years

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with experience on Development on ITSM and Integrations using ServiceNow.

Having an experience in ServiceNow implementations and support.

Experience in ServiceNow including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations. Must have good programming skills (JavaScript a must)

Extensive development experience knowledge on all ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Service Catalog, Change, Knowledge, Asset, CMDB

System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications and working on ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration and other applications.

Desired experience in scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell

Very Good Experience working with relational databases.

Excellent communication skills & customer engagement

Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.

Experience working & configuring Virtual Agent & Performance Analytics

CSA certification is must

CIS certifications is an added advantage.
