Job summary

Team Geek Solutions is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of IT experience to lead design, development and integration of ServiceNow solutions. You will work across ITSM, GRC/IRM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SCM, S2P and HAM, building workflows, integrations and custom modules.

The role requires hands-on expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub and MID Server, plus strong scripting (Client & Server side) and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Strong design, development and integration capabilities across ITSM, GRC/IRM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, SCM, S2P, HAM.
• Proven experience building workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts and ACLs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Implement and enhance ITSM, GRC, ITOM, CMDB, SCM, S2P, HAM functions.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs.
• Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Support GRC/IRM, ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM.
• Develop SCM/S2P & HAM lifecycle, procurement and inventory processes.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server.
• Troubleshoot platform, workflow and performance issues.
• Handle upgrades, deployments and production support.
