Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to drive AI-enabled experiences on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and will involve building Now Assist across IRM, GRC, and security domains.

Selected candidates must attend a Face-to-Face interview in Bengaluru and be comfortable working on-site. Strong communication skills and ability to convey AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
