Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered experiences across the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes IRM/GRC integration, governance automation, and stakeholder collaboration, with a requirement to attend a face-to-face interview in Chennai.

The successful candidate will build Now Assist across multiple domains, configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, and create conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Strong IRM and GRC domain knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Now Assist across IRM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.
• Configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for governance and compliance automation.
• Develop conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent.
• Implement AI guardrails aligned with enterprise compliance requirements.
• Build reusable ServiceNow automation components using platform-native capabilities.
