The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise and hands-on experience with Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, integrations, and workflow automation.

The role involves customer delivery, solution design, innovation initiatives, and pre-sales support while contributing to AI accelerators and reusable assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow Now Assist solutions.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, prompts, AI Agents, and automations.

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
