TECEZE in Gurgaon is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Now Assist Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build AI-powered experiences on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on implementing Now Assist across IRM and GRC domains and requires strong stakeholder communication.

You will configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, develop conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and Virtual Agent, and ensure AI guardrails align with enterprise compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow Now Assist.
• Proven ability to build AI-powered experiences on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience across IRM, GRC, risk, and governance processes.

Build and implement Now Assist across IRM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, Privacy, BCM, and Security Operations.

Configure AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for governance and compliance automation.

Implement AI guardrails aligned with enterprise compliance requirements.

Build reusable ServiceNow automation components using platform-native capabilities.

Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
