Job summary

EY is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the AI & Digital Innovation team in Bengaluru. You will drive AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions, including Now Assist, predictive intelligence, automation, and AI-driven workflows across ITSM and CSM domains.

Key responsibilities include implementing GenAI features, building modules and integrations, and ensuring governance and quality of AI models. Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript proficiency and Glide API usage.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows and integration points.
• Familiarity with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence and Automation Engine.
• REST/SOAP API testing and integration validation using Postman/SOAP UI.

Responsibilities

The role requires strong exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist (GenAI), Predictive Intelligence, Automation Engine, AI Search, and Virtual Agent.
