Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Solid CMDB design and maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration in ITOM.

Configure and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools/systems (via REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers, etc.).

Work on CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration within ITOM.

Support IT Asset Management lifecycle processes within ServiceNow.
