Qualifications

• 5+ years of total experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Hands-on experience in CMDB.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
