The candidate will play a key role in driving ServiceNow platform development, CMDB maturity, IT Operations automation, and telecom service operations transformation, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Development
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with business requirements.
  • Build and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Lead development efforts and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• CMDB Management
  • Design and maintain the CMDB data model and CI relationships.
  • Implement CMDB governance, health dashboards, and data quality rules.
  • Configure and manage Discovery and Service Mapping integrations.
  • Ensure accurate CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping.
• ITOM & TSOM Implementation
  • Implement and support IT Operations Management capabilities such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Operational Intelligence.
  • Work on Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) solutions for telecom network/service monitoring.
