Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with 3.5 years to 12 years to joinour team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing andcustomizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.

Job Description

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM,HRSD, CSM, CMDB, APM, GRC, ITAM, SPM, etc.).

Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, andUI actions.

Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems usingREST/SOAP APIs.

Design and implement service catalog items with associated workflows andfulfillment automation.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translatethem into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and project lifecycle phases.

Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for ServiceNowconfigurations and processes.

Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality andperformance.

Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, security,and data integrity.
